By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that Hold It! may collect, use, share, and sell your account holder information and related data to third parties, including advertisers, marketing partners, and data brokers, for purposes such as advertising, analytics, and business development.

Deposit amounts, transaction fees, and no-show forfeiture terms are calculated and disclosed within each transaction before you accept it. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the specific amounts shown for that transaction.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hold It! is not responsible for the conduct of buyers or sellers, the condition of items exchanged, or losses arising from transactions between users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
